From the time I was a young woman, I carried intuitive abilities I didn't yet have language for. In my early twenties, I made a decision that would shape the next three decades: rather than ignore these gifts, I would understand them. Master them. Find the science beneath them.
That search led me to the modalities — hypnotherapy, evidential mediumship, astrology, and a range of energetic and spiritual healing practices — which I studied in parallel with a distinguished career in healthcare administration, executive leadership, and research. The science and the spiritual were never in conflict for me. They were always two languages describing the same truth.
Over thirty years, I built a global practice entirely through word of mouth. No advertising. No marketing. My clients found me — and they came from every background imaginable, including PhDs, medical doctors, and scientists who arrived skeptical and left transformed.
One such client — a man who had published academic papers arguing against the existence of consciousness beyond death — ended our session by saying: "There is no way you could know what you know. I now have to go back and rethink everything."
The most important truth I have found, after thirty years, is this: the intuition, the inner knowing, the ability to live with ease — these are not gifts reserved for a special few. They are your birthright. I am not special. I am simply someone who found the practical path to what we all carry.
